ARE THERE ANY ONLINE JOBS FOR 15 YEAR OLDS?

QUESTION: Are there any real online jobs for 15 year olds?
ANSWER: NO, unfortunately there are not any real jobs that you can do online.

If you are 15 or 16 years old and looking for a real job, you are probably having a very difficult time finding one. All you can do is keep searching and never give up. Eventually you will find one.

However, there is one way to make some extra money online if you are good with computers and don’t mind learning a thing or two. Making money on the Internet is hard for teenagers because most things require you to be at least 18 years old. One exception is a GPT (get paid to) site called CashCrate. I have put up a video showing my January 2014 check that I just got in the mail for $253.23. PLEASE NOTE: Your checks will NOT be this big unless you learn how to refer your friends and other people to the site.

At CashCrate you have to be 13 years old or older so anyone who is 15 or 16 years old is allowed to join (you should ask your parents first though). Again, THIS IS NOT A JOB but only a way to make some extra spending money that you can use to buy clothes, video games, or whatever else you may want. You can do this part time or any time you have free whenever you feel like it.

You DO NOT need a credit card to join and you NEVER have to have one to make money. You will be doing surveys and free offers to make money and when you accumulate $20.00 you will automatically be sent a check the next month for whatever amount you have earned.

QUESTION: How do I know this is not a scam?
ANSWER: Once you sign up, go to the forum and find the “Payments Discussion” folder. When you click on that folder you will see the “The Official “I got paid!” Thread” that has more than 140 pages of people who have left notes that they have been paid.

The best way to make money on CashCrate is to get referrals and that means getting your friends to join and anyone else you can get to sign up. If you know how to blog or make a website online, then you can get traffic to your blog and get people to sign up through your link. That is the way many people make good money month after month.

The great thing about Cash Crate is that you can do it in your spare time whenever you feel like it. The money will be sent to you in your name to the address you enter in your account and it will be sent by a check that you can take to any bank. (if you don’t have a bank account you will need to have your parents cash the check for you).

QUESTION: How do I get started once I sign up?
ANSWER: After you sign up I recommend you do the following:

1) View the introductory video.

2) Go to the forum and familiarize yourself with the site by reading some of the posts (especially the official “I Got Paid” thread where everyone posts pictures of their checks so you can know it is not a scam.  The forum is a great place to learn how to make money at CashCrate and make new friends along the way.

3) Get started by doing a few of the 100% free offers, do some of the “cash tasks”, use their search engine, and take some surveys (always do the ones that are 100% free).

Remember, CashCrate is NOT A JOB! It is just a website where you can earn some money in your free time and it is one of the best places to learn how to get referrals and make even more money! There aren’t many online websites that will let 15 year olds join but CashCrate is one of the best.

VOLUNTEER JOBS FOR 15 YEAR OLDS

If you can’t find a job that pays, think about volunteering somewhere and lending a helping hand where it is needed. It is no secret that many 15 year olds this summer will NOT be able to find paying jobs because most employers won’t hire anyone under 16. So that leaves 14 and 15 year olds with no where to go to make money.

You might have heard that the economy is not doing well and that translates to fewer jobs for all ages. But whether you try to find work this year or next year, chances are that the economy won’t be doing well and it will be super hard to find someone to hire you. What you need is some experience that will help you get hired ahead of all your classmates.

Volunteering at homeless shelters, animal shelters, churches, senior retirement homes, or anywhere else that will let you help out is something that you can do now that will pay off later. It will pay off because it shows all employers that you are willing to work and are not lazy. It shows them that you are a concerned citizen and a good person. Most of all, it shows them that you are the one they should hire when compared to all the other teenagers that have no work history and just sat at home playing video games all summer.

Possible Places To Volunteer:

1) Humane Society
2) Habitat For Humanity
3) Churches
4) Food banks
5) Senior centers
6) Red Cross
7) Libraries
8- Hospitals
9) Salvation Army
10) Political campaigns
11) Non profit organizations

Many cities have volunteer centers that might be able to help you find the perfect “job” for you. They have access to lots of different opportunities and will be able to cut down your search time. Alternatively, you might go online to http://www.volunteermatch.org/ for more ideas.

Remember, summer jobs for 15 year olds are never easy to find, mostly because few companies hire kids that young. If you can’t find anything, you need to do something that will give you a better chance when you turn 16 and that is some experience volunteering. Hiring managers love teenagers that are willing to work hard and have a record showing just that!
