Jobs For 15 Year Olds

QUESTION: Are there any real online jobs for 15 year olds?
ANSWER:     NO, unfortunately there are not any real jobs that you can do online.

If you are 15 or 16 years old and looking for a real job, you are probably having a very difficult time finding one. All you can do is keep searching and never give up. Eventually you will find one.  

However, there is one way to make some extra money online if you are good with computers and don’t mind learning a thing or two. Making money on the Internet is hard for teenagers because most things require you to be at least 18 years old. One exception is a GPT (get paid to) site called CashCrate. Your checks will NOT be this big unless you learn how to refer your friends and other people to the site. 

 

At CashCrate you have to be 13 years old or older so anyone who is 15 or 16 years old is allowed to join (you should ask your parents first though). Again, THIS IS NOT A JOB but only a way to make some extra spending money that you can use to buy clothes, video games, or whatever else you may want. You can do this part time or any time you have free whenever you feel like it.

You DO NOT need a credit card to join and you NEVER have to have one to make money. You will be doing surveys and free offers to make money and when you accumulate $20.00 you will automatically be sent a check the next month for whatever amount you have earned.

Question: How do I know this is not a scam?
Answer:   Once you sign up, go to the forum and find the “Payments Discussion” folder. When you click on that folder you will see the “The Official “I got paid!” Thread” that has more than 140 pages of people who have left notes that they have been paid.

The best way to make money on CashCrate is to get referrals and that means getting your friends to join and anyone else you can get to sign up. If you know how to blog or make a website online, then you can get traffic to your blog and get people to sign up through your link. That is the way many people make good money month after month.

The great thing about Cash Crate is that you can do it in your spare time whenever you feel like it. The money will be sent to you in your name to the address you enter in your account and it will be sent by a check that you can take to any bank. (if you don’t have a bank account you will need to have your parents cash the check for you).

After you sign up I recommend you do the following:

1) View the introductory video.

2) Go to the forum and familiarize yourself with the site by reading some of the posts (especially the official “I Got Paid” thread where everyone posts pictures of their checks so you can know it is not a scam.  The forum is a great place to learn how to make money at CashCrate and make new friends along the way.

One of the best reasons right now to look for jobs for 15 year olds is so you can be able to buy an iPad. As you know they are expensive and range in price from $499 to $699. That is more than most teens have in their piggy banks or savings and your parents are probably not going to buy one for you at those prices. But iPads for kids are hot and you probably want one anyway.

If you want one of the new iPads, the only way you are going to be able to get one is to find a job. Yet jobs are tough to find and they are especially hard for 15 year olds.

This is why you need to be creative in your jobs search and be willing to do lots of different things. You can start by going to SnagAJob.com and looking for jobs there but many employers only hire kids 16 and older. So, that means you need to get out of the house and talk to people.

Find out from your neighbors and people in your local area if there is anything you can do to earn money. Fall is coming and that means people are going to have yards full of leaves that need to be raked. Find out if anyone will pay you to rake their leaves or if they have any other yard related job. Winter will also soon be here and that gives you the opportunity to shovel snow if you live in a cold area of the country. People will pay for things like this and all you need to do is get out and find them.

To pay for iPads for kids you might also ask your parents if there are any jobs you can do (in addition to your normal chores) that they will pay you money for. Things like cleaning out a garage, painting, washing windows and other things like that where you can help out above and beyond what is normally expected of you.

Another way you can make money for an iPad is to clean out your drawers and see if there is anything you can sell on Ebay. Old video games, DVD’s, clothes you have never worn and other things you have lying around may be good sellers on Ebay. You probably won’t make a lot that way but every little bit counts.
